Where is NB SWIMWEAR manufactured?

NB SWIMWEAR is manufactured by our amazing team in Bali, Indonesia.

Who designed NB SWIMWEAR?

-The Owners Nikolina & Branka design and curate every NB SWIM bikini!

What are your fabrics made of?

All of the bikinis are made with recycled REPREVE, ECONYL, & CARVICO.These fabrics are
made from salvaged fishing nets, and plastic ocean waste. All of the Swimwear is sustainable
and high quality, each piece is double lined ensuring comfort and the perfect seamless fit.

What is the packaging made from?

Our packaging is also fully sustainable. We pack each bikini individually into biodegradable cassava bags. These bags decompose within 24 hours in any landfill.

What dyes are used?

Our fabrics are dyed with certified OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 dyes supplied by either DyStar in Germany or Huntsman from the US. These dyes are Eco-Friendly colorants
that provide maximum consumer safety.

How do I care for my Bikini?

To make sure your bikini lasts longer please follow these care instructions!

WASHING:

  • Hand was in cold water with some gentle detergent.
  • Avoid using fabric softeners, as they tend to damage spandex or elastic.
  • Avoid twisting the bikini too hard, gently squeeze out water.

DRYING:

  • Lay the bikini flat to air dry, away from any direct sunlight or heat.
  • Avoid using the dryer as the high heat can shrink and damage the fabric.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

I am located in the US. What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns in the original condition (unused,unworn,and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, store credit, or one time exchange.

All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date it was delivered. The Refund, Store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a returns processing fee of $7.95 per return and we do not refund any shipping fees. 

I am an International customer, what is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns in original condition (unused,unworn,and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund or store credit. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date it was delivered. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We do not provide return labels nor cover any cost incurred when shipping back your return. 

For Canadian orders, we offer return labels and exchanges, However we charge a returns processing fee of $15 per return order and we do not refund any shipping fees.

What is the return policy for items placed with a discount code or were on sale?

Any item purchased on sale or at a price marked down is a final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. If a discount code was applied to a full retail priced item, the item is not a final sale unless the discount code is advertised as a final sale. We do not offer any exceptions for this policy. 

Can I use my discount code again if I already ordered using it? 

Any discount codes that are provided are for one time use only and you are unable to use it again even after your return.

When will my exchange ship out?

We are sad to hear that you needed to exchange or return! Let us know what you would like us to improve! When you submit an exchange it is not processed until the return has been sent back and the tracking label has updated to in transit with your returned products. Once your exchange has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent over via email.

Are there any steps I need to take before returning my order?

We recommend to always receive a receipt when dropping off your return. We do not recommend placing your return in a Dropbox. If your return is lost and you have no proof of the return being sent out, we are unable to process your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be fulfilled?

Give our team 1-7 business days to fulfill your packages. Once your package has been fulfilled you will be sent a confirmation email including your tracking number. 

If I live in the US, when will my order arrive?                      

Once we have shipped your order, we ask for 1-10 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind, packages are subject to carrier delays. 

If I live in the US, how much does shipping cost? 

We offer free standard shipping for US items over $150 pre-tax and pre-shipping. If your US order is under $150 our standard shipping can vary between $3-10

If you are needing to expedite your package, we offer overnight and 2-day delivery. This expedited shipping cost can vary between $17-25

It says my package was delivered but I haven’t received it, can you assist me? 

We are sad to hear that this has happened. Since the package says that it has been delivered, there are a few steps we suggest you take! Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address.

Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery. 

Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages. 

Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request packages not be left unattended.

Check if maybe any of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If I live internationally, how much will shipping cost me? 

We ship all international packages via passport shipping that is then delivered to you through your local carrier. The shipping cost can vary depending on your location. Once you have entered your location through our checkout page, the shipping fee will be displayed with any custom and duty tax prior to finalizing your order. Due to your location, shipping fees vary.

If I am an Australian customer, when will my order arrive?

We offer free express shipping for all AU orders over $200 (prices on the US site are still displayed in USD in checkout).

Orders under $200 have a $10 express option. Shipping time is 5-12 business days. 

All expedited and ground shipping can incur carrier delays that will extend this transit time. 

If I'm an International Customer, when will my order arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 10-30 business days for delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays and all international packages will incur taxes by their local government.

If I refuse an international package, will I receive a refund?

We are sad to hear you have refused your package! Once we have received your returned package, we will process a refund for the items, minus the shipping cost. If your order was placed without free international shipping, then we will deduct the cost incurred for returning your suit back to our warehouse. 

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, when will my order arrive?

We ship to the UK & EU, give your order 5-20 business days to arrive.

Can I change/edit/ cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once your order is placed we cannot make any changes this includes anything such as cancellations, shipping, billing, addresses, shipping methods, inserting your promo codes, removing/adding/altering items that you have ordered.
